well day 4 for me how much of the drink am i supposed to drink daily? i drink a 1 litter bottle a day is that enough? and wht do i do after the ten days i know im not going back to burgers and fries so a little help would do me some good thanks.Naya

Naya: You would need to drink daily for 10 days. Around 6-10 servings a day! And you can’t eat anything except water and the lemonade mixture.
After the 10 days, you need to slowly get back to your normal diet by starting with soups & fruit juices!

day 6! wow. glad we are this far guys! 4 more days to go. I figured these next cpl days would be the tough ones, what are so common effects we might see? I read somewhere that days 7 or so u start seeing your skin really reacting, some ppl even get boils? I have always had relatively healthy skin, will that happen to me? I can’t lie, I’m kinda nervous bout these next two days(they’re my days off! so much temptation) haha ima need yal strength
