Can someone please help me? I’m starting on the diet but I really can’t stand the cayenne pepper in the lemonade mixture. What can I do? Is there any thing I can substitute with the cayenne pepper?

Last day of the cleanse! Yippee! I feel so refreshed today! I have lost a total of more than 15 pounds! How are you guys doing there?

The MASTER CLEANSE DIET is a phenomenal regimen. I have been on it several times and have recommended it to various clients over the years and will CONTINUE to recommend it. However, the results have been mixed and in some instances, the “cleansing episodes” endured by some of my clients have been medium to quite severe. Nonetheless, I don’t think it is the fault of the regimen. Let me explain.
Today, we live in a world that is quite toxic and radioactive. Everything, from the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink, the personal hygiene products (including toilet tissue, toothpaste, tampons, etc.), the household cleaning supplies, the gardening products, and even the Teflon we cook our food on, are more polluted with toxins (many proven to be carcinogenic) now than at any other time in human history. Let’s also remember that we are heavily exposed to more man-made radiation and electro-magnetic frequencies than ever before. This includes your power lines, microwave ovens, cellular communications, and even the many atomic and nuclear explosions detonated RIGHT HERE on U.S. soil by our own government (ever wonder where all that radiation went to?). Back in 1941, when Stanley Burroughs created the Cleanse, he could not have conceived of the monstrous levels of toxic pollution we now have. The “A-Bomb” wasn’t even official until 4 years later, in 1945. I think this is why many people experience some very debilitating cleansing episodes.
Our generation has and continues to be exposed to tens of thousands of man-made chemicals, with approximately a thousand new chemicals being created annually. These substances stubbornly bury themselves in our blood, organs, bones, etc. Because of that, detoxing our bodies safely and more comfortably may involve “tweaking” Mr. Burrough’s program in a way he could not have contemplated.

Today, we have completed the cayenne pepper diet! what are your thoughts and feelings about the diet?
Do take note guys to start your post cleanse – easing out phase. Do not get back to your normal meals right away as your stomach and metabolism would not be able to take it. You would need to warm up your body again.

I thought cayenne pepper is very tasty when used in food! I love the spice of the pepper. Have just completed the cleanse today.. Following the easing out phase.

so im halfway done with day two. ive done the cleanse before and only survived 5 days. one thing that made the cleanse hard for me is i have to prepare food for my kids and the meer smell of it gets to me and i could press on no longer. this time i wanna get through it. i’ve heard it takes 14 days to make or break a habit. well my goal is to get through these first 14 days because if i can make it through 14 days i’m convinced going on any longer won’t be as challenging. i’ve been breathing out of my mouth when preparing my childrens food to combat the food cravings. it worked, we’ll see about tommorow.

Do you manage to get over the fact not to eat even you prepare the food for your children. Yup it could really be a big challenge for you.
