@Holistic Joe: Well said dude. What is more incredible is that every single one of those thousands of new chemicals produced annually can be shifted by lemonade and cayenne pepper. Makes you wonder why they didn’t just spray it on chernobyl.

Hello I am starting the cleansing today, Ive always liked the taste of the pepper so its not so bad, I am huge on sweets specially at night and I have been struggling. So far so good, I’ve managed to get by the day.

Today is my day 3! and sad to say i’ve just cheated on the cayenne pepper diet by eating barbecue chicken wings. =( My neighbour was celebrating and they came over to give me some. Geez… and there gone my 3 days of hardwork.
Should I start over again?

Today is my day 3, and boy I am struggling, I am chewing on sugarless gum from time to time during the day. I have lost 4lbs so far in 3 days, so its a motivating me to stick to it. I make sure my husband cooks for the kids and when he is cooking I go relax in the backyard. As long am not smelling food I am ok.

you can only drink the tea water and the laxative tea. also a health foods store will have grade b. if theres not one by u can use grade a. thats what im using it just doesn’t have as much nutrients as grade b.

just get back on the wagon. i slipped up on my 2nd day and i felt like crap, thats when i knew i was serious about this now im on day 11. im hoping to go for 40.
