hey there! ive read so much about this diet and am really interested in trying it out!
however, im staying in singapore, so im not very sure if the ingredients are available here.
and, im still schooling, so is it advisable for me to try it because im afraid it may cause me to visit the toilet a little too often.

hi crystal, 40 days may be a little too long. i would say that 10 days is more than sufficient. If u really want to go for a 40 day diet, you should consult a professional doctor, because we don’t know your body conditions.
cheryl: i think you should have no problem looking for organic maple syrup and red pepper. if you need to know where, i have singapore friends who had done this cleanse before. about school, i don’t know whether would this affect your studies, but it doesn’t seem easy with all your peers around you.

ok so im new to this diet and i was wandering a few things. I am allergic to maple syrup so can i just do cayenne pepper and lemon juice. and if im not using maple syrup or hone(cant have either) do i still need to do the salt wate rflush?

Vivian: you can’t take your daily vitamins but you can work some simple exercises.
Lois: Of course you can drink water =)
Bigmamma: your situation is a little tricky. Maple syrup is one of the most important ingredients in the maple syrup, I’m not sure whether you can do without the maple syrup. Either way, you still need to do the salt water flush or the laxative tea.

in this diet i’m not allowed to eat at all for 10 days, not even fruits?
and i can only drink water?
oh and how many times a day can i drink the drink?
is there any such thing as overdrinking it?
