hey just reading through your comments and wondering how it might go for a diabetic?

here are some of the instructions for Type 2 Diabetes:
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice or Lime Juice (never use canned juice, frozen fruit, or initially frozen juice)
1 Tablespoon of Agave Syrup
A tenth of a teaspoon of Cinnamon
8 oz room temperature water (if preferred, cold water can be used as well)
Procedure:
Incorporate the Lemon/Lime Juice, the Cinnamon, and the Agave Syrup in a glass (10 oz), or lidded container. Fill the glass or container with water, and stir or shake.Drink the lemonade mixture accompanied by 1 Cayenne Capsule

Question… If i was to do this diet for 10days and work out 2hours each day will this help keep the weight off and help loose more weight with in those 10days. 2) is this diet better than the 3da y diet that also does the same thing but you loose 10pounds in 3days…(go 2 WebMd.com 2find the 3day diet). Thanks

I’m not sure about the 3 days diet so I couldn’t give you much opinion on it.

Hello,
I’ve been reading almost all of the comments about the detox. I have been so wanting to do this cleanse but I am nervous about starting. I usually get headaches from not eating. Is there a solution to this?
Also, I’m just curious about something. Is there a lot of muscle atrophy (muscle loss)or water weight loss or a combination of both. I read that there is NO FAT loss. I know that this is only a detox but where is the “weight loss” coming from, the intestines being emptied?

@Trina : Did you check with a doctor regarding your headaches?
Usually, you will lose water weight loss, may be a little of muscle loss, the intestines will be cleansed too because of the bowel elimination, so I would say that all these are what contributes to the weight loss.
If you want to have fat loss, this may be a good start to cleanse your body first and follow a strict healthy diet later on.
