I’ve recently seen some questions and comments, both here and on the web in general, concerning the efficacy of the cayenne pepper diet against infection by the new strain of swine influenza. I am particularly concerned as I have partaken in backdoor pork on numerous occasions and would like to protect myself.
Does anyone know how the immune system reacts to stimulation with lemonade and cayenne pepper ? I’ve noticed that cayenne pepper causes me to sweat much like when I have a cold or flue and obviously this means that cayenne pepper acts in a similar manner to a virus when in the body. Does it confer any form of immunity ?

vanderknapp: that would depends on your regular balanced diet. If your regular balanced diet is a healthy diet, chances are you would not ‘yoyo’ back.
Do take note that when you are into the diet, losing weight is the by product of the diet but should not be the main focus.

I agree with admin. Eat too much and you’ll turn into moose knuckle. The diet is about detoxing and curing disease and weight loss is secondary.

good luck on the journey. Hope your taking a portable crapper with you. Incidently, I find that I make much longer skid marks with Porches Cayennes than with any other so be careful what you use.

im gonna be starting the cayenne pepper diet tomorrow… was wondering how often or how many glasses can i drink… cus the 8oz water mix is not much for one whole day!
SO AGAING MY QUESTION: HOW MANY “LEMONADE” DRINKS CAN I DRINK.
and i believe water is unlimited, and lax. tea right?
another quick q? excersise allowed? maybe not cardio, but was thinking sit ups n launges

Hi Gina, you should drink a minimum of 60 oz of lemonade each day. Do note that you should use 10 oz of water instead of 8 oz for each serving. You can drink more lemonade if you want to.
And yes you should drink as much water as possible. We won’t recommend you to drink too much laxative tea though. You can do some light exercises if you want but do not over exert yourself.
Gina, did you buy any book or references regarding the Cayenne Pepper Diet? It sounds like you don’t really know the exact directions. I would advise you to get a guide so that you know you are doing it right.
