    Emma Emma Says:

Cindy: It’s best not to chew gums or mints during the cleanse. Gun contains sugar which defeats the purpose of the cleanse.

Hi, great website! Thanks… I’m an committed cleanser (have done 15 in the last 9 years) and now my 12 year old daughter – already obsessed with weight and and all that – asked me if she could do it too. Do you think it’s ok for 12 year old kids to do this?

Hi Jan, I think for a 12 year old, it’s not advisable for them to go on this diet as their body are still growing and they need all the nutrients and vitamins to grow. They don’t have too much toxins in their body compare to an adult. We would suggest that only until they reach around 18-19 before doing the cleanse.

I am having a wonderful summer growing cayenne peppers. I have lots of them and they are great in all the foods I eat. My question is, Why I can’t find them in the grocery store. I live in New Mexico and have not problem finding other peppers.

Just a quick tidbit. When eating any pepper you should always add a little garlic (powder or garlic salt) this will help you from getting a stomach ache and other side effects(burning tail end). I have eaten Mexican food all my life and Mom says!

Hi Joseph, it’s very difficult for many people to find cayenne pepper as not many people know about cayenne pepper and as a result, there are not many suppliers in the world selling cayenne pepper.

So if you too like cayenne pepper, do spread the word about it and hopefully one day, there would be more stores selling it.
