Will the diet pose any danger to the practitioner’s health?

By Yahoo Answers Participants | July 6, 2009

The Cayenne Pepper Diet poses no danger, as long as the practitioner is healthy. It is medical fact the body can live on without food for more than a month. This is made possible by the presence of fat and protein reserves in the body. To maintain the body’s overall health, the diet was designed to include the necessary nutritional requirement.

If you are pregnant, it is not advisable for you to do this diet as your baby and you need more nutrition. If you got diabetes, you may want to consult your doctor before you go on this diet. You would also need to use the other alternate cayenne pepper diet recipe.
