    I’m a great lover of cayenne pepper, maybe because I’m living in other parts of the world but it’s great adding cayenne pepper powder to my various recipes. And my daughter actually succeeded in losing weight using cayenne pepper at a certain point in time by mixing cayenne pepper to some warm water and drink it 3 times a day.

    She lose a little over 10 pounds over a period of 1 month by just doing this. And the thing is cayenne pepper is one of the best herbs you will ever find in the world – i definitely agree with that.

    I lost weight the old fashioned way but about 3/4 of the way there I started drinking Cayenne in warm water, also add fresh lemon juice occasionally. My weight is all the way down, now I have been eating more, and more carbs, so far my weight has stayed down, I feel hungry a lot, like my metabolism is in high gear? I try lots of different supplements I will read about. I think the cayenne pepper works.

    I have just discovered that sprinkling cayenne pepper into your yogurt is great. It adds a real kick and helps you to lose weight and takes away pain. I suffer from arthritis pain and it is gone since I’ve been drinking cayenne tea and adding it to my foods.

    Cayenne Pepper twice a day in warm water has cured my Gastritis. Was on acid inhibitors 4 – 5 times a year before. This really is a wonder herb.

    I am just about to start the cayenne diet for atleast 10 days but I dont know how much you need to consume per day, the whole thing about mixing lemon, cayenne and water. How is it mixed? And how much should I consume? From what time to what time? Please help.

    I need to do this for thorough cleansing and I am so determined.

    There’s no particular time for you to drink the lemonade, drinking it when you are hungry. Remember there’s a salt water flush and a laxative tea to be drinked too.
