    Thanks for the advice for the juice. So apple juice is fine to drink?? And it was getting frustrating because this is so challenging to do. I’m on day 5 now and have lost 4 lbs. now. It seems that I’m losing a pound a day which is great but I really need to lose 4o lbs and there’s no way I can stay on this for that long. I’m half way through the 10 day process and not sure that I can make it to the 10 days. I’m really gonna try. I have 3 kids and cooking for them etc.-very hard to do. I really need to lose this weight but I guess I’m looking for a miracle!! Any suggestions??

    Well! its been 2 days off from my diet and proud to say I’ve lost 23lbs.Im very proud of myself it hasnt been easy.I want to say for anyone on there 3rd and 4th day stay encourage my hunger stop after the 3rd day everything else became a mind thing.I started my Chicken Broth but I’ve jump into Tunafish to soon for most but it was “Delicious”.I plan to start back in December before the Holidays ,but now i feel great and everyone notice.P.S Craig

    @kara : you definitely can’t use black pepper for this diet because cayenne pepper has too many nutritional properties that black pepper don’t have that is essential for this diet.

    @kimbo : It is advisable not to take diet pills and vitamins while you are doing the diet as this is a cleansing detox diet.

    When you are taking the diet pills and vitamins, you are not allowing your body to detoxifying. It is best that you stop taking the diet pills and vitamins for the period of 10 days while you are on the diet.

    I have never fasted before, does this mean I shouldn’t try this diet straight away? I don’t think i have much willpower when it comes to that kind of thing.

    Also, if i did decide to do this diet, should I not work out or anything?

    @Samantha : I think it doesn’t matter whether you have fasted before. If you think you don’t have so much will power, why not start out with a 3 days cleanse?

    You can do some aerobic exercise while on the diet but don’t over exhaust yourself.

    Thanks Emma, im on my 2nd day and still hungry and no energy at all but staying strong. I do have one question, can I use limes instead of lemons? The reason I ask is lemons are very expensive right now.

    I am on day 10. I dont know if I am doing this wrong or not. Please give me input. I cant stand the burning of the cayenne so I substituted by taking cayenne pills. Is that acceptable? Also, when am I supposed to have a solid stool. Sorry to be gross if anyone is sensitive but I am curious. Am I doing something wrong that I should have had solid stool? Maybe I just dont have that much to release? I am 24. Please explain. BTW I do enjoy the smaller waist :-)

    About your bowel movements, did you do the salt water flush as well as did you do detox tea? When is the last time you release?
