Receiving support while you are undergoing the cayenne pepper diet is essential and it can help you through the worst times. This year, we are organizing Master Cleanse Experience for our readers to post their experiences in our site. You can post your daily journal and share with everyone your experiences while on the Diet.

If you do not feel like posting to our site, you can read the comments and receive motivations and inspiration to start the diet.

    I am starting master cleanse for the 4th time. There’s never been a healthier body for me if without master cleanse. 2 years ago, I was having stomach problems and I was having a hard time. The doctors were giving me all kind of medicines and I was very sick and tired of eating all these medicines. It was then when I learned about Master Cleanse and decided to give it a go. After the first 10 days cleanse, when all the toxins are eliminated, the doctors were amazed by my recovery.

    Now I never been healthier before. And I decided to go for the first master cleanse for this year 2009. I’m going for 21 days cleanse.

    Are there any alternatives to the organic maple syrup as I don’t have that available where I am? Only the breakfast table types of maple syrup are available. Will I still get good results?

    This is my first day on the diet…I didn’t find it hard at all.. Is there any food I could eat inbetween? And there is a mention of herbal teas.. Have you got any suggestions?

    Okay, here I am, still standing on my third day, much to my husbands amusement. I can honestly say I haven’t been hungry in the least. The salt wash in the mornings works wonders… I have lost 2.9kgs in 2 days…wheeee and I feel lighter, not bloated…just fab!

    I am on my 1st day of the diet, it is only 3.30pm and i am already starving, lol, any tips to take my mind off food? Also what is asafe length of time to do this diet for?

    Flavian: I would think that it is alright for you to do the cayenne pepper diet. You just need to be caution about it – maybe you can avoid the exercises. But having said that, do visit a doctor should you find something is wrong.

    Hi, I was wondering what diet is better?
    The lemon and maple syrup and cayenne pepper
    or, The honey and cayenne pepper?
    I want to start one soon! also does your
    butt burn when you go to the bathroom?

    Hi Bonnie, the original diet for cayenne pepper diet is lemon, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. And if you have big bowel movements, your butt might burn when you go to the bathroom.

      @yaz : It’s difficult to say as different people would have different kind of reactions. It is probably that your body is detoxifying but can’t be sure.

    I TRIED THIS SOME YEARS BACK. BUT I’M ON MY 5TH DAY . I HAD HEADACHE, AND DREAMED I WAS EATING PIZZA. I REALLY FELT I BROKE THE DIET, GLAD IT WAS AN DREAM. SO FAR I LOSS 12 LB. I’M SUPER HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is my second day on the diet, a few very light head aches. is everyone still exercising while on the diet? I became sort of lightheaded while on my jog.
