The ‘Side Effects’ Of Cayenne Pepper Diet

    I am thinking of doing this diet or a juice fast, as a great mountain to climb with not only my will power but independence. and the cleansing of course! pray for my strength and wish me luck!

    When doing the diet, do you have to use organic ingredients, because I have all the ingredients, but none of them are organic, and this diet is purely for weight loss anyway. Also, can you use bottled lemon juice, and unfiltered water and can you drink water as well when doing the diet. Also, can you survive on this for 40 days, because I want to lose around 2 stone (over a period of months) and 40 days is the most you can do the diet for apparently.
    P.S how long does the skin irritation last, and how long do the common illnesses last?

    PLEASE PLEASE make sure you use a cayenne that does not contain ETHOXYQUIN. Most Cayenne purchased in stores contain this very toxic preservative. It is used in animal food and ……… cayenne pepper. I just found out about it while reading the back label.

    I started the cayenne pepper cleanse today. I made enough for a days worth. I want to know how long it take to take effect. I have taken 3 cups now and havent felt any significant. Will it take a while longer to work. Thanks.

    I did this Cayenne pepper diet for the 10 days and lost 17 pounds!! And feel so much better!! The last two days was the hardest on not eating anything, but it all payed off in the end with just sticking with it.

    PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TAKING CAYENNE PEPPER!!! I am 16 and slightly heavier than I would wish and so I thought taking Cayenne pepper would boost my metabolism and help me get slimmer. I would put it in my eggs every morning(quite a bit, like 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day) for a few months and didn’t really see much of a difference in my weight. However, I did notice I got really bad stomach aches and heart burn and then diarrhea. I stopped eating it, but still have permanent damage and am on medication for acid reflux that I shouldn’t have had to take till I was like 40. In my experience it is not worth it. I can’t even eat some healthy foods now that I love like oranges and lemons due to this. If you want to lose weight, exersize and eat healthy. Don’t destroy your intestines like I did.
